Who is this for?
U.S. cleaning and home-service business owners who use ConvertLabs, including residential and commercial cleaners, lawn-care providers, carpet cleaners, pressure washers and other local service businesses. Available coverage depends on your work, state and carrier eligibility.
Is insurance included in my ConvertLabs subscription?
No. Insurance is a separate service provided through Kinro. Your ConvertLabs subscription does not include an insurance policy. You choose whether to apply for or purchase coverage.
Can you help if a client asks for proof of insurance?
Tell Kinro what the client or property manager requires. A licensed agent can help review the requirements and, for a policy serviced by Kinro, help with a certificate of insurance. A certificate summarizes existing coverage; it does not add or change coverage.
What if I already have insurance?
You can still explore your options. Share your current coverage and renewal date with Kinro so an agent can help you compare your needs and available options. Keep existing coverage in place until any replacement policy is confirmed.
